SNEHA KRISHNAN - Collective Persistance
This work was made at the beginning of the pandemic. Various motifs in this works define the different layers of thought. For example, The hand signifying the parallel fear of touch and craving for touch. The moon depicting the only interaction she had with the world as
she was locked in isolation in her apartment with no human interaction. The shapes within the pyramid, were what she imagined the virus would look like. The plant signifies regrowth. She calls this piece collective persistence, as though we are all connective in a collective consciousness where were can communicate with each other and derive strength.
